Fun for everyone despite inclement weather
The Bay View Neighborhood Association sponsored" It’s a Wonderful Life in Bay View" Art Walk. The event was three days. The 2nd day, Saturday December 8th, Bay View Businesses from Lincoln to Becher took part in the art walk. In addition to the art walk there was a food drive, tree decorating by local schools and tree lighting. There were stories and a picture with Santa as well as face painting and a clown. Lots of fun, family oriented activities.
Bay View Homes hosted a talented stained Glass artist by the name of Donn Kirchoff at our business location. At our Allis Street Flats condos listing we hosted a very talented painter, as well as the BVNA and the Silent Auction. Other local businesses each hosted an artist as well as took part in decorating their storefront windows for a friendly holiday decoration contest.
Despite the first big storm of the season loyal Bay View patrons stepped out to see some wonderful and talented artisans from Peggy Brown the well know game inventor and author to Carmen Aponte’s beaded jewelry line. Participants were also treated to some hot cocoa, coffee and some delectable treats. It was great to be a part of the art walk and help create a wonderful family night for Bay Viewers. Thank you to the BVNA who did an excellent job planning and orchestrating the 1st Annual (hopefully) Holiday art walk.

We are thrilled with our new office
In April of 2007 Bay View Homes packed up our office at 2912 South Delaware Avenue and moved to this beautiful old building on Kinnickinnic Avenue. We now have 
about twice as much space and have much more exposure to all of the traffic coming and going from Bay View via Kinnickinnic Avenue. We liked the neighborhood at Delaware and Rusk for it's quiet atmosphere and easy parking but we think that our new location will allow us to reach more people with our message that we will provide Buyers and Sellers with excellent service at a reasonable price at a convenient location.
